Applications closing by themselves

Hi all,

im not sure if this is the correct place for this thread but i didnt know where to put it realy because this problem realy does have me confuesd.


Ive noticed it 3x today that applications have just closed themselved and its gone to my desktop.

im using Xp pro sp2 (Fully updated)

first was my game warrock....it just went off to my desktop,Then some time after firefox just quitted on me to desktop.

what can cause this you think?

Btw....i wont reply for some time for this post,Im off to bed now lol

Surely popped capacitors on the motherboard wouldnt cause this....if there was popped capacitors wouldnt the pc just not work at all or act realy wierd at all times like it shuts off?

It doesnt do this all the time,Just done it 3 x to me yesturday.
 
i have mate,Ran AVG full scan last night and Trend Micro Anti-Spyware...came back squeky clean :D

it hasnt done it to me today though....must have just been one of those things.
But usualy i dont shut my system down or restart it,I just put it in Hibernation so a restart is probably what it needed :)

I have had that happen to me before and a restart fixed it to.
 
The reason WarRock does it is because of a memory leak that K2 hasn't fixed.:mad:

Are you sure you didn't press Alt + F4 or something?

Could just have been a coincidence.:D
