What would you pay for this?

My buddy is selling:

1055t 3.2ghz 6core
HD6950 nearly new
500w psu
500gb HDD(I need to reinstall an os, but I think I have a win8 key laying around.)
no ram currently, but I can pull 4gb from another computer I have.
 
What specific HDD?
What specific PSU?
What kind of mainboard would be involved?

I giggle at nearly new since those 6950 haven't been sold in a while. Is it a 2 GB card or 1 GB?
 
Idk, I literally know close to nothing about the performance of the different components. Just getting it to play some games with guys on my paintball team. I'm skeptical though of his pricing but this is all he's given me

too lazy for a pic, but it looks like that, I might have a non lit fan if you want that swapped out.

HDD is about a year old, but very low usage.
hd6950 and cpu heatsink were purchased 2-3 months ago and may have been used ~2 weeks.

the cpu/motherboard were great for the time I used them, I just wanted an upgrade for 3d modeling.

I have a win 8 key I don't use, so I'll install that.


not really looking for trades.
higher end audio equipment is about all I'd want.
