Where exactly is this 'web effects' located in Photoshop CS2?

when you click on an object, on the right there should be a tab called "styles", and there should be a little arror or something next to it, that will bring down a drop-down menu. Select Web Effects, and then you should see a box filled with those kinds of presets.

got them thanks but now when I select them or drag and drop them they don't appear on the 'new page' so I can edit them, what do I do?
