I think this is what I'm going with now...

Are all these parts compatible? I won't have any bottleneck, will I?
Is it going to fit inside of the case?

If you could please answer these 2 questions, it'd be amazing for me.

Also, if you see anything I did stupid and have a quick recommendation of part change, that'd be okay. I'm on a budget build, btw.

Decent, but get Windows 8. And get a CX500M. get a 270X or 760, a 660 for $200 is a terrible purchase. Get a case by Corsair or NZXT. Get cheaper RAM, $80 is over priced. Just get the cheapest 2 X 4 GB 1600MHz RAM possible. And one more, get a 8320 from newegg for $30 more.

Definitely don't get that case and GPU. I wouldn't go for the cheapest RAM available, unless it's one of these brands: Adata, G.Skill, Corsair, Kingston or Patriot. There are other good brands, but there are many bad brands as well.
The case is very bad, I have one myself. NO cable management at all, which you can find in other cases for the same price.
Look at the NZXT Source 210 Windowed, it's usually $45 and would be much better.

You must be from Australia, am I right? Your Home Premium costs the same as Professional on Newegg. But get Windows 8.1 yeah, proven to be better with the new AMD platforms.
