Worth it in what sense? No, most of them aren't scams in that they will steal money from you, but most are scams in that the face value of what you are buying into increases beyond what you were led to believe in the first place.
Plus there is no substitute to real life going out and attracting someone. Much cheaper, and a 100 fold better chance of success. Most dating services make no effort to match you up, they just draw people out of a virtual hat. I would steer clear.
