Are Ivy Bridge Leaks the true specs?

I have chosen the topic "Intel's 22nm Ivy Bridge" for a seminar. I am not asking help but really want to know what do these leaks mean?
I mean that college told me anything illegal shouldn't be told in the seminars. So what do you guys think? Big sites like Anandtech have also shown the Ivy bridge architecture and specs. So is Anandtech doing an illegal job?

I believe the info provided by Anandtech and the likes to be fairly precise and true. You should however emphasize in your seminar that the CPU has not yet been released and therefore the actual specs in the CPU may differ from what Anandtech now says.
As im not an attorney i don't know if it can be called "illegal" what they're doing. I don't think it is. They just take whatever info they from intel (leaked or announced) and make articles of it.

I think the architecture is an official post. The only thing I have to worry about is the specs.
The 3D technology would be also good.

Don't read to much in leaks, for example, look at what the Bull Dozer leaks were saying about it prior to launch.

But the Ivy bridge is based on the same architecture as the SNB. Lets see how it goes.

i think most of the posts on anandtech were real info or speculation, not leaks, although leaks may have been what was speculated. but all the stuff i read on there about it was saying to expect minimal performance gains, but it is known to be a 77w tdp, and they (intel i think) claim the graphics will be up to like 60% better, so they put more into that.

Let me try to explain my question in a bit more detail, e.g If someone takes a some data through our computer by cracking the security and publishing it all over the internet, then it is illegal. Can I give seminar on leaked IVB specs? or is it illegal?
So as above I want to know whether I can give people knowledge about IVB, despite its specs haven't been officially announced by Intel?

pretty sure they are legal, and chances are with all these leaks it's either an employee or actually intel and amd trying to get hype up, think about it, bulldozer slides saying good stuff leaked or not got a ton of hype.
