Are my computer parts compatible?

They are compatible but I suggest change motherboard to this

or

For the GPU if you can afford this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127710
then it will be worth it.
or for 7770 you have the sapphire

Rests all looks good to me.

So im set to make a full pc with this? For the mother board money is a issue but if you really think i should than should i get one of those 2 choices? What makes sapphire version better than the 7770?

The Sapphire is 20$ cheaper than the HIS and a better brand also, with the money saved put it in the Gigabyte mobo, very good quality and durability.

Also if you can fix the links to the parts we can have detailed view of them.

What will the pc be used for?
Do you have a budget?

Go for:
a case that has better features for your hardware.
an atx mb.

Whether Intel or AMD distribute the $ a little differently. Mainly cpu/mb. 16GB memory might be overkill, and 1333 won't be the speed.
If need to stay in same price range, look for combos and promos on quality parts.

Example, for gaming more towards gpu. If not gaming then cpu/mb and possibly ssd.

I really want to save money, this is for gaming, what promos should i use, what ssd do i use, i really want to save money, i love you

Okay, if you are looking to save money, here is what you change.

1. Ditch the i5. Go to a i3 or a pentium. Both will game about as well, and will be loads cheaper.
2. RAM, that is just wasting money. Go for a 8GB kit @ 1600 speeds. I personally recommend Kingston or Samsung.
3. PSU could go down to a OCZ unit, but you're only saving about $10-20 there.
4. Motherboard, make it a Z77 from Gigabyte, Asus, or MSI.
5. GPU, see if you can make it to a 7850 and stay in budget.

Ditch the idea of the SSD. You don't need one, and it will just take away budget from elsewhere.
