Get 6th gen i5 wirth ddr4

GPU 64bit ddr5 version is faster.
Why do you need video card? Could you not use onboard?

If you don't need the GPU portion then you can just remove it entirely. The CPU has an integrated video that is decent for productivity. In your case I'd only throw in a dedicated card if you are doing something with CUDA/OpenCL and needed additional acceleration.

I'd go with the DDR4 build since it's a better investment moving forward.
