my suggestion

yeah it is compatible but i would take a better mobo, an ssd and the 3570k instead of 3770k. 3770k is a bit overkill but i don't know where you are using it for. cuz a 3770k can be very useful but when it comes to gaming and such things you are good to go with an 3570k;)
 
Wait!

stupid me....
the noctua nh-d14 you chose is only for LGA2011, your socket is 1155... the nh-14 is available too for the 1155 and it is a bit cheaper;)
