How do you switch harddrives on Vista?

I've looked into this a lot (as I may build my own system soon) and from what I've read, Raptors used to be great...but technology is catching up with them. They're don't "dominate" over a 7200RPM drive like they used to. I'd just get a normal 500GB 7200RPM if I were you. Wait for a new model of Raptor or something (Who knows how long this'll be...)
