Are these good fps

the card was 800-1400 stock and its now 1000-1800 with 32gb bandwidth up fomr stock 22.

and the 199fps i stated that nothing was going on. i can be looking at anything with nothing goin on and itll still be 199 or higher.

i also did manual voltage mods on card its self. my dad helepd on that with the solder
