I would go with Abit over Foxconn any day of the week. MSI offers more in some ways while Abit is still an old reliable. Here I would be looking at what the MSI offered due to higher specifications. They keep up with Gigabyte and Asus far better.

You will Foxconn and Asrock along with ECS more on the budget side of things while the better makes are the actual performers. That at least reduces the number from four down to three there.

The problem there is that newegg doesn't ship to Canada. EVGA also makes some good video cards as well as Asus and MSI. Now find that model at Memory Express or another Canadien vendor.

That's why price shopping around a little can save your cash big time. I find Tiger's prices a little too much at times. But I've seen newegg see high prices on some things at times too. That one was ridiculus there however.
