Hey, I'm building a budget gaming system and have been looking at some monitors. I have a tigerdirect store right by my house, so I'm thinking I can save an some shipping and get a monitor from them, unless I can get something better and the same price shippied (which probably wont happen). I would really like an LCD, but those are pretty expensive. I could like with a CRT, but that would really cut back on the little space I have. I also need to keep it under $100, and even less if I end up having to live with a big ass CRT on my desk.

17" LCD for $100

Is a 19" a real noticeable size difference from a 17", making it worth living with the CRT?
