Are these parts good for a new computer

I asked another forum and they gave me a list of these parts:

Are these parts better or worse?

I'd get the Gigabyte board over the ASRock and I'd get the 212+ over the 212+ EVO.

PSU choice is good.

The CPU cooler (212) is probably a little better. I'd stick with the Antec PSU and I can't comment on the motherboard.

What's the difference between the antec and the xfx psu? And I am getting different opinions on the cpu cooler as well.

Looks to me like the XFX has more amperage on the +12V rail, so I'd get it over the Antec.
