Those look like surface mount resistors...normally there is a number on the top. If for example it says 391, the last digit is always the multiplier. So in this case it would be 390 ohms, 39 x 10.

390 would be 39 ohms, and 392 would be 3900 ohms (3.9K ohms) and so on.

As for your pic..I can't see any numbers. You may be busting out your ohm meter and the magnifying glass :p

I believe those are surface mount capacitors. The ones with numbers are surface mount resistors.

Ahh, yes, does look more them. If the value code isn't on the front it could be on the back, you'll need to de-solder it anyway though since if there's no code on the front or back you'll need to use a capacitance meter to read it.

I think there might also be a sizing guide where if you measure it's dimensions, you can look up the values. It's been awhile since I messed w/ surface mounts.
