Are Video Games Addictive?

It depends on the person. Some people will play a game and will never be able to turn it off, others can stop at any time. I just recently gave up halo without a problem even though I thought I was addicted. Haven't played it in like 2 months and don't miss it.
 
i find them addictive.

i started playing enemy territory for like 6-8 hours a day.

until i stuffed my computer and had to reformat.

i was too lazy to download it again ahha
 
I can't, i can only play games for ~hour at a time... it either 1) gets boring 2) gives me a headache 3) starts to piss me off cause im loosing :P
 
lol on enemy territory theres like 5 different maps which get played over and over again. but for some reason i never got bored of it haha
 
Video games, like anything else**, is addictive with prolonged, excessive use.

**Drugs, alcohol, gambling, coffee, Monsters, shopping, porn, books, running, cutting, breathing, working out, tv shows... Just about anything is addictive.......
