argh Windows Home is killing me

it seems that everyday there is a problem, i have to reformat it seems like everyday. Now im getting this message that my Bios in this system is not fully ACPI compliant on a blue screen before Windows can load. Does any know what this means?

it also says that "Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt"
System32\Drivers\Ntfs.sys

there is an update but it says do not us EZ flash if ur verison of bios is prior to 3040, and my verison is 2020 i believe.
 
Is a bios flash the only way to get around that because i am having a hard time flashing it.
