hey all,

im thinking of downloading the demo of ArmA: Combat Operations tommorow.

do you think it will work ok on my pc?
maybe medium or not?

heres the requirements

Minimum Specifications:

* 2 GHz or better Intel or AMD processor, or equivalent of. Currently not optimized for Dual-core
* CPU's, game is functional on dual-core CPU's.
* 512 MB of memory
* nVidia Geforce FX with 128 MB RAM & Pixel Shader 2.0 or better
* ATI Radeon 9500 with 128 MB of RAM Pixel Shader 2.0 or better
* 3 GB of Disk space (or more as needed for downloadable add-ons)
* Windows 2000 or Windows XP
* DirectX 9.0c

Recommended Specifications:

* 3 GHz or better Intel or AMD processor, or equivalent of. Not optimized for Dual-core CPU's, game is functional on dual-core CPU's. See ArmA-Mark results
* 1 GB memory
* nVidia 6800 or better, with at least 256 MB of onboard RAM

* 3 GB of Disk space (or more as needed for downloadable add-ons)
* Windows XP
* DirectX 9.0c

do you think my system will struggle with this game?

i dont realy want to download it if it wont work on my system,Its like 875MB :cool:
 
I think you'll be able to play it fine. Even though you only have a 9600, the graphics don't seem too demanding do they? Plus you have by far and away enough ram.;)
 
im pretty sure it will play ok because ive played games like Prey on medium and Doom 3 and they was all ok:)

anyone tried the game?whats it like?

looks good from the videos on youtube.
 
just try it yourself you could have downloaded it by now instead of waiting 5 hours for a reply
