so I saw some reviews that baffled me stating people using 125-140w Phenoms were using this so after some questioning and googling I found this site.

How true is that? 23.2c at full load of ambient?
That would mean in a 90F room (which is just a example) means this sucker would be 54c at full load give or take.
Now I dunno what max temps are on a phenom but seriously that's seems likes a good temp at stock for a cheap cooler I payed 15 bucks for 6 months ago.
