ceramique is a compound designed to fill in large gaps. its thicker. AS5 is more of a processor to heatsink application, and its much harder to get the correct amount, but the results are better nonetheless.

Its not like its going to make a 10C difference. Silver is one of the best conductors.

You would probably only notice a 1-2C difference between the two.

I can tell you from experience though that ceramique causes the heatsink to be a real $!#%# take off and it's really hard to clean off too.
