Ascertaining which drives are internal

I have a fairly complex drive system, with a number of backup drives for my data and photos. Right now I have confusing situation in which I can't determine whether a particular drive (L) is internal or external.

Is there a way to do this from within Windows 10? I have tried examining the drive list in Drive Management, but have not been able to figure out how to ascertain the information I seek.

You can rename drives/partitions if you want, that might help.

You can look at properties of each drive and then in the hardware tab it should give you a model number that you can then Google. Once you know which is which just rename them.
