Hi all,

My company has assigned me a job to make newpapers.
But don't know which software can make this and from there I can export to pdf file.

thanks in advance.

Make newspapers? As in creating content?

Assuming all you need to do is type stuff up, you can use just MS Word or LibreOffice Writer, both can save as PDF.

If you're actually going to be laying stuff out and doing typesetting, I can't really help you. The only typesetting program I've ever used is LaTeX, but I'm not sure if it's suitable for newspaper.

Is this a new function or something? It probably wouldn't hurt to just ask someone previously responsible for the job what software they used for it.

Thank for the reply,
I think that microsoft word can not do that because it is not enough tools to support for making newpapers.
aslo, this is the first time my company making newpapers. so I could not ask someone who can anwer me what software use for.

Thank you.

Good evening thaimic

Do you mean a newsletter as opposed to a newspaper (like an internal thing)?
If so then something like Microsoft Publisher should be fine for setting up columnar erpoting and the like.
To get from Publisher to .pdf you will need a .pdf printer driver - there are loads of these available free. Just Google it.
