ASROCK 939DUAL SATA2 PCI-E Is this good Mobo?

That looks like a decent motherboard, not sure on the price in USD, but i know ASRock motherboards are usually cheap in price. Just make sure to get the s939 cpu and it should work fine.

I just realized this, but why do you need a board that has an AGP and PCI-E slot?

For those that would like to use their current AGP video card but would like some upgrade ability through the PCI-e

I know that, but im wondering if Nutcase even needs one of those. If you only need a PCI-E or an AGP, i would get one with only that slot.

Yep Geoff you´re right about that because my friend don´t have any card right now.. He has crappy net PC right now...
But that extra agp slot won´t probably hurt anyone...and it´s cheap...

And I found this http://www.itwebbuy.net/i/96686/1.htm but this is board for a micro ATX....Can it fit in normal atx without any problems?

if you have an ATX case, then yes, you can fit a micro atx in there also. It may say in the case description what sizes it takes.
