AsRock motherboard with AMD processor

Hello everyone!
I want to change my motherboard with AsRock N68C-GS4 FX.In same time i want to buy another processor.And my choose is Procesor AMD Athlon II X2 340 Dual Core, 3200MHz, 1MB, socket FM2, Box.Dose processor will fit with motherboard?Thanks!
 
That motherboard uses an AM3+ socket. The CPU you chose uses FM2. Why are you trying to "upgrade" to a 3.5 year old, slow dual core CPU anyways? What CPU do you currently have?

I am tryng this thing because i want to use a low budget.I want to make a small pc for home not for games.Meantime i discovered an processor who is included in list of "accepted proccesors" this is: Athlon II X2 240e Dual Core 2.8GHz, socket AM3, 45W, Tray.
Another question is:Can a Power supply like Genuine Hp Ps-6361-4hf 365w Power Supply works excelent or fine with the following components
Motherboard:AsRock N68C-GS4 FX
Cpu:Athlon II X2 240e Dual Core 2.8GHz, socket AM3, 45W, Tray
Video card:interface PCI Express x16 2.0 (1 gb)
HDD SATA 1
DVD R IDE
2X ddr2 ram 533Mhz

Do you already have a processor that you're upgrading from, or are you buying this from scratch? Do you already have that power supply as well? If you are actually buying these items, there are better choices out there.

i dont have processor but i found a site who sell this processor(NEW).The power supply is in my "pocket".My real worry is : If power supply fits with the motherboard,video card hdd, ram and dvd-r?
 
What is your actual budget? There are much better choices than the ones you are pursuing.

Im from central europe and i researched very well all offers.And this components fits for my budget.My question is: Can Genuine Hp Ps-6361-4hf 365w Power Supply works excelent or fine with the the following components:

As long its only running integrated video and not a dedicated video card as it only has 144 watts on the 12 volt rail.

You already asked that. We are saying those are extremely old components, and you can likely get a lot more for your money. Buying any of those components in 2016 is honestly, laughable.
