the thing that sucks about it is, theres no online play or the like, and once the game is beat, it is beat but i can't wait till the second one comes out

i was at the mall just an hour ago to buy blank DVD-R's. then i saw it, a pirated copy of assassins creed ripped to two cd's. lol.

how can they pirate something that isn't even out yet?

It was a review copy. In other words some magazine or game site decided to leak the copy to the scene, or upload it straight to bittorrent.
