Asus A8S-X SiS Socket 939

I am looking to upgrade and purchase a MOBO CPU bundle. I can get this MOBO bundled with a AMD 64 3200+ processor at a reasonable price.

My questions; is this a descent MOBO and is it a "difficult" install?

How much will you be paying for the bundle? Looks like it will suit your needs... at least it has a PCI-E slot

However, I wouldn't expect too much from a $62 mobo.
 
I actually ended up going with the ASUS A8N5X MOBO with AMD ATHLON 64 3200+ (Venice), and 2GB DDR400(1GBX2, mwave brand) bundle. I also got an XFX Geforce 7300 GS GPU to go with it. In the end, I decided I didn't need the SLI MOBO; heck I'm too cheap to buy a single high end GPU, much less 2...

I am thinking this will definately fulfill my needs.
 
Actually, it is being delivered today and I have one more quick question.

I got an "assesmbled bundle", which means they put the CPU and memory in and tested it (hey for 9 bucks, why not), so it should be good to go.

My question is: ahould I install the drivers (GPU and MOBO, I think) before I install the components?
