asus computers

Well, that can all depend on multiple things. Firstly, are you interested in any specific computer? If so, post the spec? Look at Asus as simply a name, what components are within the actual computer itself is the bigger question. So post up some spec's and we'll let you know.

The components are what matter because Asus just pulls parts together that other companies make to create the computer and then slaps their name on it. Same thing with Dell, they dont make most or all of the components in the pc.

I still use a dual core processor as do many others on here but they are starting to get a bit outdated. There still plenty usable but the fastest dual core processors should be the minimum you start with. 4gb ram is enough for a normal user though 6gb doesnt hurt. 750gb hard drive is more then twice what I'll ever use but the price difference between the various size 7200 rpm drives is tiny.
