Asus crosshair formula auto OC

Just got a new Asus crosshair formula. Are these boards pretty good? I was wondering what kind of solid stable oc can be achieved with the auto oc feature on this mobo. Please see specs in sig. Thx guys
 
According to the manual, you can use the "Turbo Key II" onboard switch BEFORE you power on the system. You can read more about it either online or in page 2-43(although it's a brief description here). It's the furthest right onboard switch labeled "O.C" with a zigzag arrow next to it. From what I gather it automatically sets up a stable but high overclock to your processor, and possibly other components as well.
