i'm just a little confused about these 2
any suggestions which one to buy and which has better price & performance
i'm thinkin about using this with a 3800+ dual core, 2 GB Kingston dual channel kit 4*512 DDR 400 and 6600 gt SLI
 
Well, for one thing, that Asus board is a S754 board, and won't work with that S939 processor.

may be i got the model name wrong but i just wanna know which is better for these specs the MSI or it's equivalent ASUS... ?

i guess i meant to say ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe [nForce4SLI X16]
and what about DFI Lanparty UT NF4 SLI-DR
