Asus K8U-K problem pls help anyone thx

i have a motherboard ASUS K8U-X and when i try to start computer.. and it say:

Boot Block Compatible Ver.000
Bad BIOS checksum.starting BIOS Recovery
checking for floppy......
floppy not found!
checking for CD-ROM
CD-ROM not found!

can anyone help me with my problem???

Did you connect your floppy + Cd-Rom(s) to the motherboard?

The floppy uses a FDD Ribbon looking cable.

The CD-ROM: if SATA uses a regular looking cable (usually red),

If IDE it uses a ribbon looking connector that has 2 connectors on it and says Master+Slave
