I'm searching after a new computer in the middle priceclass...

I looked at this laptop ASUS - M51SN-AS049C

anybody who knows the laptop? or just can tell me if its a good computer?

It's a very nice laptop and should run pretty much everything. It is not a heavy gaming laptop though. Asus has great plans though. 2 years parts/labor, 1 year accidental. You should also check out the m50sa-x1 and the m50sv-A1. Very similar specs. These can be found on newegg.com. Happy buying!
