Asus P5N32-E SLI nForce® 680i SLI Chipset w/7.1 Sound, Gb LAN, S-ATA Raid, USB 2.0, IEEE-1394 Dual PCI-E MB

How is this motherboard? Think is one of the beeter motherboards out?

I had that mobo for a while and everything worked great . The only problems I had with it was the onboard sound was bad ,so I bought sound card, and it is very picky about what ram you use. The only reason I went to a P35 mobo was that the P5N32-e sli did not support the new Intel quads that are coming out. I had my E6850 clocked at 3.6 and running 24/7 stable no problems. If you are only going to run one gpu then I suggest going for the P35 chipset which overclocks alot better and gives you the option to run the new CPU's.

I like the P35 allot, good chipset, and I am not running SLI/CF so its perfect for me. Asus has a bad reputation for being very selective with memory so be careful. This is fine, as long as you do some research and can ensure that whatever RAM you get will be compatible.
