Asus P4P800 - Can it take SATA300 HDD?

SATA on the mobo, but I can't find anywhere that says whether it can take the new SATA300 Hard drives.

Anyone know if the latest HDD's work on older SATA boards?

yea they do. as he said it'll work at sata1 speeds... but that shouldnt matter because sata1 still doesnt bottleneck the 7200rpm.
