ASUS P5K-E/WIFI-AP vs. P5W DH-Deluxe

My current rig is built with E6600 + P5W DH Deluxe.
and... I recently purchased E6750 and P5K-E wifi version to build another rig for work.

I know I will be using E6750 for my main rig but which MOBO is better in between two? I've OCed E6600 to 3.0GHz with P5W but I don't think P5W is not really good for OCing... not to mention it is getting outdated.

Would P5K be better choice for my main rig? It has P35 chipset to begin with at least..:confused:
 
The P5K-E wifi will be better only if you used the OC feature. This motherboard will over clock big time. I have my 6300 running at 3.0 on stock heat sink with out changing or adding more power to it.
