hi,
i made a thread a couple of days ago asking about my broken screen on my ASUS laptop. i found out it was actually the screen itself that is broke. what i found is that the screen is fine once i take it out of the casing, but when a slight twist is added to the screen it goes faulty, the same happens when i put it back into the casing.
i assume the problem is causing by the screen being twisted for a long period due to the casing being twisted.
this problem actually happened before but ASUS repaired it, cant belive it happened again.
does anyone know if i can tell ASUS about this and get a replacement screen? my warrenty is no longer valid so i cannot go down that route.
has anyone else had this problem as well? im acutally shocked that ASUS would create a laptop with this fault and then deny me a replacement when i ask for one.
