you dont need 2 video cards, no.
you can use one ATI card in it, hell, you may be able to use two in it, but they WILL NOT CROSSFIRE.
you can put a CPU heatsink and a fan on any motherboard, minus the few which are meant for 100% passive cooling via heat pipes, which that motherboard is not. so, you can throw a Zalman9700 on that sucker and keep it ultra cool with an antec900 case :)

Well yeah. Please can you try choose one that is below R2200 (the less the better)

My planned upgreades are:
Intel core 2 quad Q9300 or better if prices drop
New mobo ( ill need it since i want quad)
New ram with mobo
Nvidia Graphics GPU (probably a GTS8800 512)

Sorry for just dumping a list on you guys but i am confused to no end.

As i said, the cheaper the better but if i have to pay more for something that is top notch then i will. and please try keep it below R2200 (that is $290, i know we are expensive)
