Athlon XP upgrade

I'm thinking of buying a new AMD Athlon Xp 3200 cpu off eBay (can't find it anywhere else). I have two questions. Firstly, how much of an improvement would this make to my system? Secondly, how much is one of these worth? I'm willing to pay up to £80 but if it isn't going to make a difference i won't bother. I mainly want it for overclocking and also my old xp 2500 is acting weird.

Firstly, dont double post.
IF you can spare the 185$ (or the ebay price) go for it. Mainly cause your other one is acting weird... But the performace increase wont be that much.

Thanks for the input. Sorry about the double post, my browser messed up and, thinking it hadn't worked, i clicked the thingy again (DOH!) I'm hoping that one of the mods will delete the otherone before people start posting on it

If possible I could have sold the one I have now or just given it to you since it looks like I'm gonna have to get a new system. It overclocks very well, it's at about 45°C using the stock cooler when OC'ed to 2.13GHz with a vcore of 1.675V. Stable as a rock, probably goes further with a vcore over 1.7V and a mobo that supports a 200MHz FSB instead of the 166MHz FSB my mobo uses at stock settings. Factory unlocked multiplier. :P
