I just bought a new Sapphire Radeon 7950 3GB card and I have tried to install it, however it is giving me a lot of issues during the install. It keeps saying Installation Complete (Warnings Occurred During Installation).
I've tried many things to try and fix this. I went into safe mode and tried to delete any temporary folders. I tried to go in manually in the device manager and try to just get it to install from the CD by directly finding the drivers folder for Windows 7.
I also tried to remove all folders with ATI and then use the driver sweeper tool to remove any additional driver files and reinstalled using the version 13.4 drivers from the AMD site.
None of this is working, after each install, I go into the device manager and it isn't there. I've also done multiple restarts and it still isn't working. I really would appreciate some help on this matter. Is it possible that my card is a dead one? (I mean the fan is still running on the card).
*EDIT: I fixed the issue, it seemed that the card required a second connector from the PSU before it would run.
