ATI Catalyst Control Center won't start on Vista

Hi, I'm using Vista Ultimate, and the Ati catalyst control center was working fine, until I updated it to 7.2 or 7.3 (I can remember exactly wich update it was).

The driver works properly, but the control center doesn't start anymore. The process CCC.exe does start, but the program doesn't show up.

I reinstalled Vista yesterday, and installed the control center 7.4, the installation went fine, but the control center still won't start.

any ideas?

I believe NET 1.1 and 2.0 is required and also allow CLI.exe to have internet access if it is being blocked by your firewall.

Vista already includes NET 1.1 & 2.0. And I've also installed 3.0 for Vista, but with no succes.

And it doesn't start either when I close my antivirus and firewall.
