I bought a ATI Diamond Stealth X1050 AGP 256MB video card. I have a 19" Emerson HDTV and I put the monitor on PC. I Have Vista Home Basic and 1440x900 32 color. I'm using a VGA to DVI adapter. The problem is that the screen is centered with black on the left side. I can't move the desktop to the left with the mouse. Anyone have this problem? I called Diamond's Tech support and told them the problem. Tried VGA to the card. Same problem. Went back to VGA to DVI adapter. Same issue.
