Hello,

Can you help me?

I have ATI Radeon HD 4890 (MSI R4890) graphics card, but something is wrong.

Any game i run, is without anti-aliasing, and i can't change that. Why? How to fix this? I downloaded drivers from ATI webpage " 10-2_vista32_win7_32_dd_ccc_wdm_enu " (Windows 7 32-bit), but that did not any changes.

So please help me, Thanks.

:)

What?

you need to launch catalyst control centre (advanced mode) and go into 3d options. then select use custom settings. set all the options to application defined, and things like adapative aa to maximum, along wth mipmap detail and catalyst ai.

If you right click on your desktop is the Catalyst control center an option there at the top?
Then do what linkin said, 3d options and it's there.

Nope, that did not worked. I am trying to change AA on Borderlands, and Live For Speed. But that doesn't work... But what should i do?

What do you mean it didn't work? Does it say catalyst control center when you right click on the desktop in the menu that pops up?

If not than your drivers did not install correctly.

No, no, thats okay, i have the catalyst, and right click (dekstop) thing works. I have done that what linkin said, and everything, but still, games are without AA.

How do you know they are without AA?

If you set the AA on and to 4x/8x/whatever in the 3d options than AA will be on.

You see, when its without AA, you can see edges, And i know when its with AA, but Games in my pc cannot turn AA, but why?

have you tried setting the ingame options for AA and such? some games don't like being overrided by catalyst.

It's a tough call... I know that when i got my 5770, Dx11 features in benchmarks (unigine) and games (dirt 2) didn't work. i had to reformat and reinstall...

so yeah, i'd try a clean install with the 10.2 drivers.

Second, ill try.

Stable, and the best performance are two different things. The 10.xx drivers have not evolved enough yet.

Thanks for your help. BTW 10.2 is better. Dirt2 menu, while outside ~100+fps, and in the bus is 4fps. Then i installed 10.2, and that fixed dirt2, but . I had double drivers until now, 9.12 and 10.2, so i removed 9.12, and reinstalled 10.2, So AA and AF are working now.

Thank you all for the answers.

Wooxiz. :)
