ATI Radeon 9250 AGP - 250W PSU sufficient?

I'll be lending a friend of mine my old desktop, however the PSU it currently has in it is noisy as heck (terrible fan apparently). I do have a 250W PSU lying around, though I have tried I have no idea how to verify whether or not 250W is enough or not for this graphics card. It's an ATI Radeon 9250 AGP (256mb video memory). Thanks

P.S. I no longer have the box.
 
The 9250 isn't very low end card. Depending on the actual specs of the psu, it should be fine.
