No, not 2 single cards in crossfire, 2 5870 chips, on board.
I'm not sure how long it has been out, but when pricing up a cheap system, and getting sidetracked, I found:

The first thing I thought was heat, which the cooler seems pretty able to handle, however the whole heat of 1 chip is staying within the system, which can't be good for internal temps.
Then the thought of when is 4GB video memory actually needed? I understand that they can support 3x 2560x1600 monitors, but does that really need 4GB video memory, and could it even drive that many pixels in the first place? Maybe a few in crossfire
I just noticed the power connectors too, 1x6 pin PCIe and 2x8 pin PCIe
