ATI TV Wonder Pro sound sync

My audio is out of sync with the video on my new ATI TV Wonder card. About a half second delay. I need help.

Hardware:
GB 7VT600-R7 MB with 2x512 RAM
CL Audigy 2 ZS
ATI Radeon 7000 AGP
WIndows 2000 SP4

I tried using the onboard audio card. No difference. Could it be a RAM setting, a power supply issue, or a chipset problem. I have never altered any bios settings other than a DMA setting.
 
I would first try re-installing all of the drivers for the sound card and tv tuner....
Something might be wrong with the tv tuner card or the connection to the motherboard.... I am not sure how to go about finding that out, someone else might know how to do that.
