ATI TV WonderPro Tuner Card Problem

While attempting to install my ATI TV Wonder PRO TV Tuner on my friends PC I ran into this little problem when actually trying to open the TV.

"Unable to start TV

The TV player failed to initialize

Check the Windows Device Manager to ensure that the correct video driver has been installed and is working properly before attempting to restart TV."

We opened to device manager as instructed to make sure that everything is installed properly, it told us everything was connected right and all that junk. I also went through and made sure all the software was installed right too and it's also ok.

If it helps: The video card in the PC is an nVidia Geforce 5900 ULTRA and it's running XP.

Please please PLEASE help me figure this out.

I've never used one of those so I'm not totally sure what's required, but I know my WinTV PVR can be a pain to get loaded... There are about 3 or 4 things you must load before it'll work correctly, including the drivers, MPEG2 decoder, video recorder, updates, etc etc....
