stay away from cards with a second number lower than 6. those aren't "gaming cards" per say. they'll play games but not at a decent fps at all... and especially not at higher qualities. the x1300 series is more for watching movies and other such things. its better than integrated thats for sure, but it'll be outperformed by pretty much any decent card on the market.
in short, don't get the x1300.
anything starting with a 9 (9500pro, 9600xt, 9800pro), anything starting with an x (x1300, x1600, x1800, x1900, x850xt) is ATI radeon. there are others like the 8 series and the 7 radeon series... but they're old and barely run any games at all.
don't confuse the radeon 7 series with the geforce 7 series. the geforce 7 series is the most recent updated geforce series on the market, whereas the old radeon 7 series is old and outdated and might even be worse than integrated graphics.
