Ok So after building this cpu it ran fine for about a month, all of a sudden while playing CS:S the screen went black and said No signal. After restarting the comp it worked fine. It then happend when I wasnt playing any games. I restarted and the screen freezes at the ASUS mobo screen and will not even go into BIOS. Now the computer goes past post but it does not enter BIOS and will not go past the motherboard screen. Any one have any reason to why this does this? I know its not over heating, im not sure its overheating but the card does not feel hot to the touch.
Thanks

hmm try removing the Graphics card, RAM, and any PCI cards then give the slots a blow and insert the components back in.

I do not have an onboard video card. I am just kinda stcuk as what to do. I have taken it out and blown in it plenty haha. I think it could be a mobo problem but I am just in a bind.

not sure but theres not a reason it would be overheating I did everything right when it comes to CPU and temps inside my case. I checked them when it worked and I remeber being happy because they were perfectly normal.

How many sticks or ram? If multiple, try removing one at a time.

Reset the bios by removing the battery and possibly cmos jumper.

Over all I think it sounds like some type of m/b problem

yeah, summin isnt right ! may you should get it looked at by a PC repair shop. See if they can shed some light on your prob.
