I downloaded and installed Mint to my HD. I rebooted and chose Mint as the OS, but I get about 6 messages claiming my input buffer is not empty aborting transaction. It then comes up to the main Linux page and just sits there. This is something new for me that I just wanted to play with, but it is frustrating.
Any ideas?
Thanks
I now attempted to start in verbose mode, whatever that is. It appeared to be installing, but now came to the screen where is says "checking installation", and it tells me it's "formatting swap space in partiton #1". However, it's been sitting at 0% for 15 minutes. Could this possible take hours to perform?
