Attempting To Overclock

Iv got an ati hd2400pro, Iv read about how to over clock and seen some bench marks on what this card should be set at and around. Im using riva tuner and radlinker. For some reason, it doesn't let me change the clock rate. Or it says it does but it doesn't? I really don't know man. Any help would be great.

Alright I figured out how to do it with riva tuner.....wow, I have to say I have no frame drops on tf2 now, I went from 650-721 core and 500-524 memory. Seems to be working alot better now, what is a safe temp for it to operate at? Its hitting about 71c with a load.

I benchmarked it, heres what I got.
HD2400 pro
Core-650MHz : After 750MHz
Memory-500Mhz : After 558Mhz (1116Mhz Effective)

Same benchmarking software
Before, 53fps
After, 63fps
