Archangel VIP Member Oct 28, 2005 #2 if its a pci-e mobo, yes. and if the mobo has the connector on it, i would connect it too, because then its ment to have it connected. if your mobo hasnt got that connector, dont worry about it.

Elite banned Oct 28, 2005 #3 My mobo doesn't have PCI-E but does have the ATX 12V connector. I'll connect it anyway.
